Polaris Mine

Connecticut indie rock trio Polaris Mine was formed in the autumn of 1998 by singer/guitarist Joel and drummer <a href="spotify:artist:6h2bWHWTJL38N8dqocVaif">Jon</a>, both veterans of the punk-pop combo Not My Ritchie. Originally dubbed Antic, the band's lineup was complete with the addition of singer/bassist Jordyn, making their live debut in early 1999 and recording a demo cassette, Pageant Finalists, during the spring. Polaris Mine's first full-length effort, Lists of Things, appeared on the Beatville label in mid-2000. ~ Jason Ankeny, Rovi
