Ponderosa Grove is a collaboration that plays often as an acoustic trio or in their full 6-piece set up. The Ponderosa Grove sound has a standout quality in today’s musical market with distinctive ear catching harmonies and groovy melodic musical sensibilities. They have been acknowledged as a contemporary Fleetwood Mac or Queen with strong hooky songwriting and an electric powerful live presence on stage. They have been opening for Tedeschi Trucks Band, Talbott Brothers, and Sheila E. and playing around the country on small indie tours. They won MUSICPRIZE in 2021, played official showcases at SXSW 2023 and delivered show stopping performances at the Pure Imagination Festival.
