Hailing from Melbourne, Australia, Pooks is a rising star in the electronic dance music scene, known for his high-energy DJ sets and infectious dance track production. He quickly made a name for himself in 2021, bursting onto the scene with his debut single “DISAPPEAR,” a dark and stormy yet catchy and danceable track in collaboration with Brisbane-based producer ODD MOB and Melbourne-based singer/songwriter HAYLEY TRINCA. Pooks continued to turn heads with His Tech House remix of Tom Budin’s Flying Again and also his follow up single “Something I Can’t Live Without” which featured vocals from Melbourne’s GRACE BAKER. Some Highlights include Opening for the Freestylers at the iconic Gershwin room at The Esplanade Hotel, Playing alongside Stace Cadet and Taleena at Housewerk in Melbourne as well as Headlining alongside Harpoon at Beer Deluxe in Albury.
