Popidiot is an Estonian-Finnish pop group formed in 2004 by Matti Peura and Hendrik Luuk.
Before the first concert, their friend Rein Fuks joined the band to play guitar in the studio and at gigs.
Popidiot has released two albums (1111 in 2005 and Antenna of Love in 2009) and a couple of singles and EPs
under the Estonian indie label Seksound.
In 2010 Popidiot won four prizes in the Estonian Music Awards! Band of the year, The best electronic music artist,
The best pop band, music video of the year!
Popidiot has been described as a super-energetic and influential live band.
They've played big festivals such as Positivus (LV), Jyrock (FIN), Plink Plonk (EST), Intsikurmu (EST), etc,
and shared the stage even with Pet Shop Boys!
After almost two decades, Popidiot still writes new music and hasn't lost their personality and passion!
