Started as a one man project in the early beginning of the pandemic, the true intention of Portrait of Pestilence was to be and grow as a community poject, to gather a circle of talented people who can contribute their skill and art to make a greater and wider picture of deathmetal/deathcore. Since the recordings started, we decided to make the basis of the band a three man powerhouse consisting of a vocalist, a guitarist who writes and records everything and a producer who brings the sound. Since then a group of people already contribute their art to Portrait of Pestilence (guestsolo, artwork, photowork).
