One-woman metal project hailing from Finland. As a passion project, sound quality is secondary, and as such Praecantrix conjures the darkest thoughts of the human mind, covering topics such as self-hatred, mental illness and misanthropy. On the first self-titled EP, Praecantrix mixes elements of DSBM and traditional black metal, accompanied by shrieking, distorted vocals that reflect the emotion behind the lyrics.
