Preoccupied is a Surfy indie garage rock trio based out of Southern California.
Known for their energetic live performances, Preoccupied is comprised of Davey Minor (Vocals/Guitar), Connor Emery (Bass) And Corbitt Dobozin (Drums). The outfit began when long time friends Connor and David decided to start the group after moving on from their other project MUGS. Shortly after, they started writing music they started looking for a drummer and Corbitt reached out to fill the position. the 3 began writting and recording their first debut record recorded in Corbitt’s father’s living room. The 3 piece outfit aims to put a new spin on a classic surf rock sound with drippy modulated guitar tones, driven bass lines and punchy energetic drums.
