Ivan Castro, also known as prettyflakoivan, was born in Santa Ana, California. Due to cost of living, Ivan and his family made a transition from the west coast to the east, where he currently resides. At the age of seven, Ivan began falling in love with the art of music. His parents who played a huge influence in his life, introduced him to various artists such as: Selena, Micheal Jackson, Julieta Venegas, and Calle 13 . Ivan eventually parted his taste from his family’s and started to discover the craft of hip-hop. This is where his frequency began to shift. Ivan grew up listening to artists like Future, Tupac, Biggie, Kendrick Lamar and Drake. Ivan is an uprising entrepreneur who plans on paving a way for his legacy and future generations to come. Ivan is well known for his creativity within music and cadences he brings to the music industry.
