Born in the San Fernando Valley, Primere was raised by immigrant parents in Sunland-Tujunga, California. He was influenced by his older brother’s love of Hip-Hop to pursue a career in the popular genre. His musical influences include rappers like Self Provoked, J. Cole, and Phora. Primere uploaded his first song to SoundCloud and YouTube in January 2016 when he was a high school freshman. Since then, he has consistently released music in hopes to inspire the youth in his hometown.
