Prophet of End Times

P.O.E.T. is a singer/songwriter from Newport News, Virginia. they grew up listening to a wide variety of music and moved to California in 2015 where she began the project, "Prophet of End Times". They have a background in philosophy and poetry. Influences include Frank Zappa, Pink Floyd, The Beatles, U2, and David Bowie.

As the Prophet of End Times, my music and lyrics are characterized by a dark, moody, and introspective tone that tackles controversial and taboo topics. With a focus on spirituality, politics, and the human condition, my poetic and imaginative lyrics incorporate vivid imagery and complex metaphors drawn from mythology, literature, and nature.

My music blends elements of rock, folk, blues, and psychedelic music, with a focus on melody and harmony, as well as improvisation and experimentation. My innovative and ever-changing approach challenges the status quo, inspiring listeners to think deeply about the world around them and seek new forms of expression and meaning.

As an artist, I address serious and pressing issues such as censorship, government corruption, and the impending end of the world. With a unique lyrical style and musical approach, I am a visionary and influential artist, inspiring listeners to explore new perspectives and seek deeper understanding.
