Proximal Cause is a progressive music concept by Helsinki based musician Sampo Heikkinen (Ex-Dark Flood, Ex-Dawn Of Relic, Ex-Valentfoe). Together with singer Margit Tornio they create synth-flavored progressive metal with lots of vocal harmonies and pop melodies. They are planning to release their next full length album "The Further" next year. Their new single "Canyon" is to be released in october 2024.
