Electronic impressionists from Ukraine
Ptakh_Jung is a Kyiv based duo that creates music on the edge of electronic, academic music, post-rock, ambient, elements of grunge, and noise. They define their genre as electronic impressionism. This term means electronic music which impresses as deep as if it was a classical one.
Debut EP Black Period released in November 2018 and was named an album of the year according to the biggest Ukrainian music media Comma and listed among 50 most important Ukrainian releases of the last 10 years according to music media Slukh.
