PÚAH is a progressive metal band from Barquisimeto, Venezuela, formed in 2007. Known for their aggressive yet thoughtful sound, PÚAH blends heavy riffs, complex rhythms, and raw vocal intensity. Their music explores themes of personal struggle, inner conflict, and spiritual unrest.

The band debuted with the Traición EP (2007) and Demo (2008) followed by their full-length album "Kharma" in 2014—a hard-hitting release that resonated deeply with Latin America's underground metal scene. In 2025, Kharma was re-released to introduce a new generation of listeners to PÚAH’s signature sound.

The core lineup includes David "Chuck" Ferrer (vocals), Ed "Throll" Colmenarez (guitar), Ali Rodríguez (drums), and Napoleón Ágreda (bass), with former members Carlos Abia, Frank Torrealba, and Gonzalo Villaverde contributing to the band’s evolution.

Though currently on hiatus due to members relocating to the USA, China, Sweden, and the UK, PÚAH remains a powerful name in Venezuelan metal. Their legacy lives on through those who believe in resistance, reflection, and relentless sound.
