Q052 is a Mi’gmaq rapper and activist from the community of Gesgapegiag in Gaspésie. Winner of the Best Male Hip-Hop Artist award at the 2023 International Indigenous Hip Hop Awards Show, nominated for Indigenous Artist of the Year at the 2021 ADISQ Gala, nominated for Expression Music Artist and Blues / Rock Artist at the 2022 Teweikan Gala and Hip-Hop Album of the Year at the 2022 GAMIQ Awards. In 2022, he released 3 albums: ImagiNation, The Storm, and The Calm—three powerful and distinct projects featuring collaborations with Indigenous and non-Indigenous artists from across Canada.
