QARAN

QARAN is a genre-defying artist, producer, and composer whose distinctive sound reflects a global upbringing and deep-rooted love for R&B, dancehall, and hip-hop. Grounded in his Indian heritage, he began his journey working with musical legends Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and Pritam, which sharpened his instinct for crafting tracks that move both charts and hearts.

He made a powerful debut in 2018 with “Tareefan” for the film Veere Di Wedding, starring Kareena Kapoor Khan and Sonam Kapoor. The track stormed the charts, held the #1 spot nationwide for weeks, and redefined what a Bollywood hit could sound like. It earned multiple award nominations, including “Song of the Year” and “Best Upcoming Composer”, and brought home several wins.

Building on that momentum, QARAN released the multi-platinum single “Haaye Oye ft. Ash King” featuring Elli AvrRam, followed by a high-profile collaboration with international DJ R3HAB on “Ki Kehna”, which featured across major playlists.

He continued to evolve his sound with “Ooo Ooo” featuring Ileana D’Cruz, and made a celebrated return to Bollywood with “Haanji” and “Desi Wine” in Thank You For Coming, starring Anil Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, and Shehnaaz Gill.
