元LUCKY TAPESのギタリスト・高橋健介のソロ・プロジェクト。LUCKY TAPESのアルバム『BITTER!』に収録された楽曲「脚本」のトラックメイク及び、「NO AID」のリミックスを手がけたことをきっかけにQnelとしての活動を本格化。2022年4月にデビュー曲「Hikiai」をリリース。
