Growing up listening to Numetal, Alternative rock, and Rap, Queen Kobra began rapping during her teen years, releasing self-produced tracks that were met with praise from her peers and the public throughout the Washington D.C. area. Born and raised in Prince George’s County, Maryland, Queen Kobra is notably a musician of all genres; she is known for blending the unconventional, exemplified by her mixture of brash lyrics over top of a sweet, childlike beat for her single “Kobra.” Her love of Numetal shows itself within her breakout trap metal single “Rip Barbie.” She also can be heard singing and playing her guitar on the single “I Can’t Get Over You” and her indie album “Love & Loss,” displaying musical freedom using many genres and skill sets.
