Hard rockers Quick Fix appeared in early 1998, when former <a href="spotify:artist:6RaSfqo4f0b42iNouQeAKK">Tracy Bonham</a> sidemen Shayne Phillips (drums) and Drew Parsons (bass) were looking for a new project. Teaming with singer Jake Zavracky (Phillips' roommate), the band recorded a three-song demo. They named themselves Quick Fix and traded Parsons for Paul Natale, releasing an EP in the fall of 1998.
