RADIANTS is a three-piece alternative band from Vienna, Austria. Formed in 2016 and inspired by the 2000's-Indie Rock-scene, the band originally relied on big melodies, stadium-sized guitar riffs and haunting pathos. Their new single "Ghosting" however pursues the paradigm shift in the sound of the band.
"Ghosting" is a millennial pop song. A song about doomscrolling, about throwing your phone in anger, a song about the longing for connection in times of emotional distancing. The new single "Ghosting" continues to embrace the shift in sound, which started off with RADIANTS' 2020-single "High Atlas". "Ghosting" offers novelty sounds, catchy hooks and those special little intricacies that make up the groups' sonic DNA.
