Rafael Rivera y Sus Joyas Norteñas is a Norteño Youth Band, that plays a variety of styles in the Regional Mexican Music Genre. The band was formed in 2016 Minneapolis, Minnesota; representing Guerrero, Mexico. This talented young band has demonstrated overwhelming power, influence and demand with completely filled venues, in over 10 states of the U.S. Some of their most recognized singles include “Yo Soy México Americano," "Nadie Quiere Vernos Juntos," "Quiero Estar Contigo," "El Béisbol," and “A Quien Quiero Engañar”. The Mexican-American Youth Band won their first-ever MMA award in 2017 for Youth Artist of The Year, with their debut single "Quiero Estar Contigo". 5 years later their 2nd MMA award was awarded for their hit single "Yo Soy México Americano" from their album "INICIO".
