Rally

Ahmed Hassan, known by his stage name Rally, is a rising music producer from Al Amiriyyah, Cairo, making waves in the Egyptian music scene. Renowned for his versatility, Rally has left a distinct mark on the Drill genre while continuously pushing sonic boundaries across electronic and urban music.

His production credits include standout projects like Husayn’s Hoss, FL EX’s Logan, Wingii’s Khamsa, and M-Town’s Scene Cypher EPS 03, solidifying his reputation as a key figure in the new wave of Egyptian music.

In May 2024, Rally expanded his artistic reach with the release of Leil, his debut EP in the electronic scene. Initially experimenting with various sounds, he spent three years refining his approach before diving back into dance music, incorporating elements of Garage, DnB, UK Bassline, and House.

Following Leil, Rally played a pivotal role in shaping the sound of El Rwaya, Tommy Gun’s genre-blending EP. Producing three out of four tracks, Rally tapped into Tommy’s dynamic vocal range to craft a fresh sonic direction distinct from his debut album. Their collaboration birthed Emshy, a track that set the tone for a larger narrative, leading to the prequel and sequel, Taree2 Egbari and Mekmleen.

El Rwaya saw massive success, topping charts within weeks of its release. The EP hit #1 on Shazam Egypt (Top 100 Tracks), #1 on Apple Music Egypt (Top 100), and #3 on Spotify Egypt (Top 10), amassing over 18 million streams in 12 weeks.
