Hey! Ramon here. Thanks for dropping in and giving my music a taste.
While you listen to some tracks, here's a little info about myself. I am 19 years old, and I was born in the Pampanga, Philippines. At age 4, I immigrated here to the US in Laguna Niguel, CA. I briefly played violin in elementary school and saxophone in middle school. I also took private piano lessons between 6th and 8th grade.
While playing these instruments instilled a liking for music, my passion was ignited in 2020, during the COVID era. Boredom planted a seed in my creative pot, and it's been stirring ever since. Within this time frame, I learned the guitar, sharpened my piano skills, and practiced singing and songwriting. After hours of YouTube and listening, I also learned how to produce and mix my own music. By 2024, I formed a band called The Eyevies and published two singles, producing both tracks.
To pick my greatest inspiration would be like a parent picking their favorite child. Either you love them the same or there too many to choose from. However, just to name some names, those people would be: Michael Jackson, Steve Lacy, The Beatles, Elton John, Billy Joel, Stevie Wonder, among many countless others. These artists take pride in small details, which is what I believe to be the best ingredient in good music.
