Hungarian drum and bass artists: Sas, Inside and Brain got acquinted with each other in 1997 with the help of Dj Cadik. They have been working together under the name of Random Soundz since then. Their first track 'Genetic Mistake' was released on a compilation called Budapest 2000, it was followed by an appearance on a Radio Tilos compilation, and on a free disc of Free Magazine (Hungary's leading dance music mag). They already performed regurarly around the country with a huge success that time. The guys performed with artists like 4 Hero, Doc Scott, Matrix and J Majik. While their first tracks sounded very dark, later they made more chilled tunes. Their method of work is quite unusual, they start composing their tracks individually, they sit together only at the final alingment. Their sound is based on dynamic and metallic basslines and beautiful synth riffs. Random Soundz had two releases on Subscope Recordings, Pulverize (MFRP001), M13 (MFRP006), and two other releases on Penny Black's Metroplex EP.
