Randomized Coffee is a music project by Italian DJ’s Massimiliano Troiani and Tommaso Checchi. Their passion for analogic sounds and a raw artisanal approach explores a new music territory.
African tempos, Brazilian sound, jazzy grooves and Latin rhythms mix in a huge and emotional patchwork of tunes, also bringing them to collaborate with many musicians and fellow DJs through the years, such as Novalima, Kiko Navarro, Kalifa Kone, Kadi Coulibaly, Tony Cercola, Christian Vinci, and N’Dinga Gaba.
They also released a bunch of singles including the “killer remix” of Novalima’s song “Rumbo Libre'' in the “Ch’usay Remixed” album, via WONDERWHEEL RECORDINGS. In Spring 2020, Randomized Coffee also remixed Kiko Navarro’s “Ihabogi Rawaly” from his album “Afroterraneo”, reworking the soaring vocals of Aboubacar Sylla.
At the end of 2021, Randomized Coffee debuted with 'ORIANNA MUSIC', a label under Sony Music, with the song “Despierta” featuring Noel GC, and this collaboration with the label goes through 2022 with another single, "Cumbarrio", once more with the voice of Noel GC and also the Spanish singer Owem G.
In late autumn they published with 'SPACE ECHO RECORDS', a new Italian label by Luciano Cantone owner of Schema Records: the 12'' EP "Mariama", collaboration with Alieu Saho aka 'Kora Hero' a young musicians from West Africa, member of a Mandinka tribe that has been playing the Kora for centuries.
