Rapture Boy, real name Shaquille Bernhard, grew up in a united yet, divided country - South Africa
Shaquille's youth was marked by difficult circumstances and a powerlessness to build those bridges. He wanted to escape the uncertainty of those circumstances. He was ready to take the right path after experiencing, as well as living, the opposite. As one of the few who had the courage, he ventured to Switzerland to live with his grandparents in St. Gallen, leaving a lot of pain - and his family - behind.
He wanted to be more and learned to work hard in Switzerland - on himself and on his goals. He learned to be more than a race; with the desire to be perceived as someone he is as a human being and to get to know what his path can be.
He made/wrote his own path. Write. Your. Own. Way.
