Determined to be a part of the new millennium of Hip-Hop, Brooklyn, New York’s apprentice, Raul Gee, is destined to change the game. With no intention of writing rhymes, the influence of a cousin motivated him to pen his first song. From that point, at the tender age of 12, Raul Gee began to write rhymes, consistently, using skills he obtained from writing poetry in English class. “When I was a kid, I was always interested in the musical cadences though. Even things like lyrics and witty wordplay. I envisioned the stories told by artists like Mos Def, Jay, Pac, Nas. They put their heart into the lyrics."
