Raven Katz is a singer & songwriter based in Nashville, Tennessee---born in Brooklyn, bred in Philadelphia and shaped in Boston. With a particular love for crafting lyrics, she gathers influence from visual arts, fiction, nature and great songs of the past to inspire a sound that is at once reminiscent and all her own.
The title track from her premier EP “Inside Out” finds the songwriter working to embrace the freedom that blossoms from honest expression. The song uncovers a balm for healing in the simple act of speaking dark thoughts into the world outside ourselves. The EP was recorded between Los Angeles and Nashville in collaboration with Producer Evan Galante.
