Raw Stylus released white labels into the underground London scene in the early 90s. Pushing Against the Flow LP was released in 1995, an album that featured a dizzying number of musicians playing a style of fusion that is indebted to soul and hip-hop as much as jazz. The album garnered substantial attention and spawned No1 US Billboard Club chart hit with Believe In Me.
