Shariq Afridi, aka RAWBLOTTER, is a Pakistani music producer, rapper, songwriter, and DJ who began his journey at 14. Known for his fearless storytelling and dynamic sound, drawing inspiration from rap, psychedelic rock, drum and bass, hip-hop and acid house.
In 2019, he founded Penthause Records, a label championing creative freedom, allowing artists to stay true to their vision.
In 2020, he released his debut electronic tracks, exclusively on SoundCloud.
In 2021, he released his debut electronic EP, Wild Goose Chase through Ajabtaal, and Lazy molly through Penthause Records.
In 2022, he released Passionfruit (Rawblotter Remix), followed by Deewaren, marking both bin saeed's debut as a rapper and Rawblotter’s debut as a rapper/producer. He also dropped Openings, produced by himself, and Barbaadi, a rap collaboration with Panda J.
In 2023, he released Space Jam with Ajabtaal and continued rap collaborations, including BOL KAM, featuring HMZA's debut as a rapper, and SUN ZYADA, produced by superdupersultan. Along with Sajanji Vaari Vaari (Blotter Flip) and 2009 (Blotter Flip) by Mac Miller.
In 2024, he released his debut album DEVIYON AUR SAJJANO, with genres ranging from boom bap to experimental music. The album showcases his evolution as an artist and rapper, featuring production from himself, WASTED YUTH, superdupersultan, Panda J, and Shehryar Khan. Additionally, he released a remix of At The After Party by tricksingh, exclusively on SoundCloud.
