Ray Sheehan and the Midnight Players are Jersey born musicians, who will blow the doors
off of every venue they play. You will experience a soulful driving set that will shake you to
your core. Featuring songs off of Ray Sheehan's debut album “The Turning Point”, released
at just 17 years old. He is looking forward to bringing his band: Ray Sheehan and The
Midnight Players, to you! After performing at various venues in Jersey by the likes of the
world famous “Stone Pony” in Asbury Park, along with the well established “Dingbatz” in
Clifton, they never disappoint.
The roots of Ray Sheehan began in Neptune NJ, surrounded by the neighboring music utopia
of Asbury Park. After moving to New Egypt New Jersey early in his teen years, Ray desired
to be one of the performers in Asbury. Idolizing New Jersey music legends such as Bruce
Springsteen, and Southside Johnny and The Asbury Jukes, looking to somewhat follow their
footsteps in today's day and age. Years passed and the band was formed, now having
played the “Stone Pony” more than four times. Subsequently making a name for themselves
in the scene. The band is coming into their million dollar sound, composed of classic and
bluesy rock roots, with an energetic rhythm that will get people dancing, and having a great
time, all while saying “I Don’t Want to Go Home”. Nothing is off limits, nor too far...
