Hip Hop and Rap artist RC the MC is also a music producer, writer, and slam poet. Thus, he uses his skills in all types of creative expression to enhance the quality of his music. With an understanding and appreciation of poetry and great writing ability, he has managed to write lyrics that captivate and resonate with audiences. Moreover, his ability to excel at different things has enabled him to create works in diverse subgenres including Lo-fi, party rap, trap beats, and more. The artist from Evansville, Indiana began his journey in music when he was 12. He was inspired by artists like Jay-Z, Eminem, Tupac, Kendrick Lamar, and Kanye West.

As a teen, his friend, Billy, encouraged RC the MC to continue rapping along beats because he could spontaneously connect rhymes intelligently with excellent variations in syncopation. Billy eventually introduced him to a neighbor who used to make beats for the young artist, and that's when he truly saw his own talent. Unfortunately, his friend, Billy, passed away at 17, and the teenager found an even greater drive to honor his friend by pursuing music further.

RC the MC recently released an album available on all major streaming platforms. A number of fans reached out to the artist, declaring how the music in the album touched their hearts and inspired them. Also, as a former teacher of an award winning Hip-Hop program at a high school, he managed to inspire young artists to pursue their dreams.
