Hey Richard! I Iove the look of your home, I understand you're looking for someone in their 30's, but if it helps, I've been told I'm an old soul and am quite mature.
I am currently on the lookout for a new home and this listing was a very pleasant surprise..
here's a little about myself:
I am a 24 year old local artist, I see myself as a kind & well mannered person.
I work nights at a bar, by day I like to make music, animate, create films and am currently working on a clothing line to sell alongside my illustrations at the Brunswick artist market.
I'm looking for a home where I can relax, enjoy the company of like minded humans and maybe get more involved in the community.
I have a 10 year old cat called Simba and she is quite sociable, charming & empathetic, maybe you could consider her as the new tenant and I could just be an addition (ha!)
I have experience with sharehouses and I think I work well in groups, I'm very understanding of mental health, LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly, love to socialise and also love alone time to catch up with myself.
