Rebecca Hurn

Rebecca Hurn is a five times nominated for 4 different original songs & two time global award winning singer songwriter from South Wales. After creating a small following for her acoustic covers in 2015, she began to write her own music.

Rebecca grew up near the sea in Porthcawl, which is reflective in her award winning EP ‘Waves’. Rebecca has won multiple awards for ‘Waves’ and continues to receive critical acclaim from it, being named ‘Best Folk Song’ at the Independent Music Awards in New York City.

Most recently Rebecca received best songwriter for 'Panic' at the global UK songwriting contest 2021. Against thousands of entries from over 60 countries.

Rebecca also headlined at the iconic Isle of Wight festival September 2021.

Rebecca prior to lock down explored the musical avenues of New York City, turning heads at renowned venues such as The Bitter End, Pianos and Arlene’s. This new found love for the city is mirrored in Rebeccas craft and has matured her songwriting to a prolific height. Over the course of lockdown Rebecca has spent these months testing these new musical routes and has created a body of work worthy of an album release, which is due for release October 2022
