Manchester's music scene along with many others practically disappeared during the pandemic. Those working in the industry had to find new ways of making ends meet. Venues closed and the bands who frequented the stages reflected that lost momentum.
Red Light Effect, a band hailed by Amazon and John Kennedy as ones to watch in 2019 also went through a period of change. Circumstance meant that the band drifted geographically but the desire to create, together has remained.
The band continue to exchange ideas, meeting to play and rehearse for something bigger.
