Redd is a folk artist from Knoxville, Tennessee. She is currently working on her first EP: Dead Little Thing. From the EP, Redd dropped, "Return to Worms," which represents her experience of 2023 after the death of her dear friend and taking over his music shop, Rush's Music, and "Pearl Street" which is about life on the road in Colorado with her band, Redd & the Paper Flowers.
The full live-in-studio EP, Dead Little Thing, will drop on January 25th.
Redd also appears on Season 19 (2021) of American Idol.
Redd recently quit her job of teaching high school English, journalism, yearbook, and coaching cross country and track at the local STEM Academy in Knoxville, TN to pursue music full time. You can reach her at music.reddofficial@gmail.com.
While Redd releases solo music and projects, she also has a band: Redd & the Paper Flowers. Their debut album will appear in 2024, currently titled Appalachian Bell Jar.
