Reeno is an alternative rock / pop band from Norway. They started playing together back in the late '80s and still stick together. In the early days they played punk and hard rock and have been through many genres. They also have songs with Norwegian lyrics.
Stig "play them drums" like the Animal in muppets show, Geir is a dedicated bass player and Henrik is the main vocalist and makes noise with the guitars. Morten Lønaas also plays guitars on several of the songs. You can hear Morten's distinctive guitar playing on the Norwegian song Jul and possibly on old upcoming concert recordings.
Some years ago, Reeno made the alternative rock song "Dolla" which the late Jack Schell played the piano. They have even composed a song dedicated to the first Morgan Kane book "Without Mercy". Reeno has also composed a melody for the poem "Selma" by Herman Wildenvey (1885-1959) which is their most played song in Norway.
