Philadelphia bred rapper and songwriter Reese Raw Banga is solidifying his climb to the top with his latest single, “Carry It”. Making his mark with his debut project on Banga Productions featuring the likes of Bad Boy’s E Ness and Roc A Fella/State Property recording artist Oschino, Reese has returned to set the tone for nothing short of greatness.
Relatable content at it’s best, the concept of “Carry It” is to simply stay true to one’s self, while still being open enough and willing to evolve with the times without compromising your true being. “In life we have to go through to get through, and in the process we must stay strong while we carry it. No matter what it may be,” says Reese Raw.
The single was produced by Pantherbred/Ronnie Wayne over at Black Ink Management & Music Group and comes ahead of Reese’s forthcoming EP, Over Worked Under Paid. It’s slated to be followed by singles “Breathe”, “Charts” and “Island Vibes” (in no particular order). The accompanying visuals were shot and directed by Twelve 29 Productions, Dwayne Stevenson.
