REG

REG is a rapper, producer and songwriter that was born in Raleigh, North Carolina. He is a descendant of Sierra Leone, Africa. Growing up, he took a liking to poetry and music. As he grew up, he has taken a liking and admiration for hip-hop music. REG would soon start writing his own music through his adolescence. Hoping to further his dream, he slowly started buying recording software and taught himself how to make beats and sample records. It was not until months later he started participating in open mic performances. He started releasing a few songs on Soundcloud. He started dropping a few EPs during the mid 2010s before dropping his first full length indie album Evil Surrounding The Positive in 2017. The project was primarily produced by REG himself and one that REG claimed he was particularly proud of. REG continues to work on music as well as doing his podcasting on his YouTube channel. After dropping some more singles and EPs he dropped his next project “RAW” in 2020. Standing for Reggie At War, “RAW” features a more hard-hitting sound compared to the previous albums. While the pandemic came that same year, REG has been slotywly crafting another project he calls “Murder By The Symphony.” While he was doing that he came up with an EP the next year called “Captivated Murderer.” Something of a precursor, the EP is “Murder By The Symphony” is expected to be due out later on this year.
