Roy Sandoval is an American Rap Artist who goes by the stage name Regulator, Born December, 19th 1988 In Portales New Mexico. Regulator grew up in the small town Ruidoso, NM located in Lincoln County NM, home of Billy The Kid. Regulator started making music at the age of 13 first starting as a Christian rapper after seeing the corruption of the church in America by the Government his music took a political shift. In 2012 Regulator signed a Lifetime distribution deal with JMD Distribution/ Ingrooves/ Universal Music Group. Creating his own independent Record Label "Regulator Recordings INC" from 2012-2017 Regulator has released 7 Albums world wide with tittles such as: War Games, Classified, Still Smoking, 50 Armed States, War Among Nations, The Interpretation of Dreams, & The Ghost and The Darkness. Regulator has been featured in 8 international magazines including big publications like "High Times Magazine".
