It is hard to liken REIGNS to any other present female artist as her original and infectious sound pulls in influences from the many classics that she was spoon fed as a child by her music loving father. Janis Joplin, Aretha Franklin and Nina Simone have lived in her ears since was born and have all been integral in her understanding and love of music.
Her sound is both statuesque and heart wrenching merging classic soul and blues with a jagged modern edge. Each of her songs is sensitively crafted and nurtured with her writing partner and producer Dee Adam (Mae Stephens, Dido, Kaiser Chiefs, Andreya Triana) together they have created Reigns’s debut album titled ‘Majesty' which will be an independent release expected summer of 2025.
