British Singer-Songwriter and Pianist Renée Loren, evokes raw emotions through her intimate bond with the piano, combined with her candid introspection and vulnerable lyrics. Renée Loren’s distinct sultry husk has been shaped by inspirations <a href="spotify:artist:3qUMmh5biaB5hqpF4LqS3m" data-name="Julie London">Julie London</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:6Q192DXotxtaysaqNPy5yR" data-name="Amy Winehouse">Amy Winehouse</a> & <a href="spotify:artist:2Mu5NfyYm8n5iTomuKAEHl" data-name="Ms. Lauryn Hill">Ms. Lauryn Hill</a>.
Honing in on her craft and developing her talent, Renée Loren participated in a series of projects including the Levi's Music Project in partnership with Skepta 2016 and NEXXT STEP project, mentored by BBC 1xtra radio DJ Sian Anderson, supported by the Mayor of London. She worked alongside aspiring female artists in London to create BEHIND EVERY GREAT CITY EP which included her collaborative work ’This is Me’ released on Saint Music/Parlophone Records in November 2018.
With the support of the PRS Foundation Open Fund, Renée Loren worked alongside her engineer on producing and recording her debut EP, determined to create a sound incorporating all live musicians. The project ‘Waiting for the Sky to Fall’ was released in April 2021.
In celebration of Abbey Road Studio’s 90th anniversary, Daju and British Underground teamed up to present: AfroFuture Sounds Live showcase at Abbey Road Studios where Renée Loren performed at Studio Two.
In 2025 writing and collaborating with musicians has been the central focus to Renée Loren’s new upcoming project.
