Rey Three Latino, whose birth name is Reinaldo Manuel de la Hoz Hernández, was born in Barranquilla, Colombia. As an only child, he grew up in a family that encouraged him to dream big. While he had a natural talent for music, his greatest aspiration was to become a professional soccer player. This ambition led him to leave home at the age of 16 to chase his dream, first in Bogotá and later in Venezuela, where he came close to making it a reality.
However, life had other plans for him. In Venezuela, Rey Three Latino discovered his passion for music while singing as part of a church choir. This marked the beginning of a journey that has spanned over 10 years in the champeta genre, solidifying his place as one of the most prominent figures in this vibrant musical style.
