Ricardo Osorno is a versatile bass player, composer and educator. Born in Bogotá, Colombia in 1989.
He obtained his bachelor degree in the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogota) in Jazz Performance Concentration. Later on, he was awarded a scholarship from Berklee College of Music – Valencia Campus, obtaining his degree in Master of Music of Contemporary Performance (Production Concentration) mentored by the renowned bass player Gary Willis.
He is currently living in Valencia (Spain) working as a session musician, as a private instructor, as a bandleader with his jazz quintet and collaborating online with different artist around the world.
