Melbourne based singer-songwriter and veteran of the road, Rich Davies delivers 'Born In Nebraska' from his home in lockdown 2020. A loving reimagining of Bruce Springsteen’s ‘Born In The U.S.A’ inspired by the acoustic pallet, sonic aesthetic and narrative tone of sibling album ‘Nebraska’.
With lyrics as true today against the backdrop of the modern world as they were when they were written back in the early 80’s, the message and songs are retold in homage to the ultimate home recorded singer-songwriter isolation record, Springsteen's 'Nebraska'.
Recorded, arranged and performed at home by Rich Davies using only instruments from Springsteens original Nebraska pallet of Acoustic Guitar, Harmonica, Mandolin, Glockenspiel, Tambourine and Vocals.
