Richard Watts is a singer/song writer/musician based in the South East of England.
Recording acoustic covers over the last few years through Tristar Records, as a solo artists and with country/pop duo 'Retreat', has allowed him to explore new approaches to well known songs and share a more intimate side of his voice.
As a multi instrumentalist he has been playing bass and singing for guitar legend, Robin Trower, performing all across America and Europe, playing at notable venues like 'The Fillmore' in San Fransisco and ' Sheperd's Bush Empire' in London. He has also gained a wealth of experience fronting his pro events band at events like the F1 in Bahrain and playing at the Millenium Stadium, Cardiff.
Richard has been writing songs since his early teens and continues to search for melodies that make the heart ache. He is currently gathering material for a new release from various collaborations over the years and is feeling excited about sending them out into the world.
