With tunes released on Bite This! and Barong Family Ricky has already shown the value he brings to the scene. Ricky is a growing artist with more dubstep, bass house and drum & bass tunes releasing to labels soon.
During shows Ricky will surprise the crowd with his multibass-genre sets existing of mostly his own songs, bootlegs and edits.
Ricky (born and raised in Utrecht, The Netherlands) started his music journey in 2011 when someone in school showed him dubstep for the first time. He started experimenting with just FL Studio on his slow laptop and some basic tactics he had learned from a friend.
Ricky tried many styles but his heart would always be with bass music. Things started taking off when Moksi discovered his bootleg of 'The Dopest' in 2016 and played it on Tomorrowland.
In 2018 Ricky started performing shows, mostly clubs in the Czech Republic and Germany. Over the years Ricky has played at many events like Blacklist in Bootshaus, multiple ADE Parties, a few Moksi & Friends (inter)national shows and did multiple tours through the Czech Republic.
Ricky is known to be wearing body armor during his shows. This is a deliberate decision to represent the heavy bass music he is sharing with the crowd.
Ricky’s goal would be to take his music globally and make all the heads bang.
