Rift Divide starts as an output for material that wasn’t exactly a match with the band member’s other projects, but wanted a way out towards the audience. Founded in late 2016 by guitarist/producer Alejandro Carrera and singer/composer Carlos Flores, they set a fast pace in order to have material ready to release in a few months. The goal was met, with the album “Row Beyond” released digitally in May 2017, which includes 9 tracks written around a hard rock and experimental vibe.
As background for this new band, their members are seasoned musicians with ample live performing, touring and recording experience with their respective bands, some with international session work with recording studios and scoring for short and full length feature film.
