Rikard Borggård has earned international success through composing for theatre, TV, film and ballet with commissions from The Cullberg Ballet, Royal Dramatic Theatre of Sweden, Det Konglige Teater in Copenhagen, Bern Stadt Teater, Stockholm City Theatre, the Swedish National Television, Grand Theatre in Groningen, Sophiensaele in Berlin and Compagnie Karina Holla in Amsterdam. Besides written the music for the European TV-success ”Real Humans” (Äkta Människor), he co-founded the artistic platform Sahajo Production Group, after over twenty years being the co-director of Teater Giljotin.
