Rilian is an alternative rock band from Tampa, FL, heavily influenced by artists from the 90's alternative rock scene. The music is meant to be a homage to that decade of musical brilliance while still having its own unique sound and message to the listener. Started as a creative outlet By Jerad Griffin to write and record music in 2010, Rilian would not start seeing the light of day till July of 2017, when the first single “Are You Out There” was released exclusively on Spotify. The band would go on to release its first EP in October of 2018 followed by a cover of Weezer’s “You Gave Your Love To Me Softly” In June of 2019. Now with a full band line up Rilian closed out the remainder of 2019 with a hand full of shows while also preparing for their sophomore release. On June 12th 2020, the band announced they would be releasing 3 songs for a sophomore EP individually throughout June/July 2020. Rilian Is currently set to release the EP “Everbloom” in in full on July 17th 2020.
