Rise of the Wood is a 5-strong formation from the Western part of the Netherlands, whose band members have their roots in earlier Metal, Punk and Prog Rock bands.
These influences are mixed together by Rise of the Wood into a raw, steamy sauce!
From the start in December 2014, their popularity has increased quickly.
Countless stages were rocked off their socks with their fine-tuned and energetic stage act, with a few highlights, including Waterpop, Dijkrock and Westerpop and the release of a well-received EP. In addition, ROTW has also successfully
entered in several competitions.
